Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return Email us at Freerydersunite@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
